Virtual Workshop

Due to growing concerns about COVID-19, CHiME-2020 will no longer take place as a physical workshop, but will instead be replaced by a fully virtual event. We are currently working hard to make sure that the virtual event provides an innovative and engaging alternative.

The Virtual Workshop event will take place on the originally planned date, May 4th. The workshop and CHiME-challenge submission and review process will also proceed as originally planned and according to the original schedule, i.e., with deadlines for standard workshop papers on 20th March, and for challenge papers on 10th April. Keynote talks and papers that are selected for the workshop will then be presented as pre-recorded videos broadcast live on a 'webinar' platform. The platform will be set up to allow attendees to interact with presenters between talks.
